At this time, Kilitronic LLC primarily ships orders within the United States. We may offer international shipping in the future or on a case-by-case basis.
Delivery times shown on our website, at checkout, or in shipping confirmations are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect or incomplete shipping information, import restrictions, weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, government actions, security inspections, carrier capacity issues, or events outside our reasonable control.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, VAT, GST, or other charges imposed by the destination country or shipping carrier.

Kilitronic LLC offers a 10-day return policy for new, unopened products from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be new, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, labels, and parts.
Opened, used, damaged, modified, installed, missing, or incomplete products may not be eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or approved by Kilitronic LLC in writing.
Original shipping charges, handling charges, payment processing fees, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other related charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
All returns must be approved by Kilitronic LLC before the product is shipped back. Products returned without authorization may be refused or returned to the sender.
